Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

Shipping Rates
Orders under $75 are subject to the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Orders of $75 or more receive free U.S. shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume drops or holidays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

The Gift Edit is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other delivery disruptions outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries when appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
